Was deciding on who to do my roof and got some estimates. It came down to octorara and another company. Went with octorara because had a number of people on my job that used them and they where happy. I can see why. They did a great job. Clean up was excellent. Had reach out to Issac about something and with in 24 hrs got what I asked for. Would recommend

GREAT roofing company!!! So easy arranging for the new roof with Isaac. Enoch and his crew arrived on time and did a fantastic job installing the new roof and gutters! It couldn’t have been done any better!!! Before they left, they ensured that everything was cleaned up perfectly. The crew was very respectful and polite, which was a plus. I was impressed with Isaac’s professionalism from the initial estimate to all the communications to schedule the job and his follow up after the job was completed! Isaac is a humble, honest man who genuinely cares for his customers satisfaction! All of the guys on the work crew were polite, respectful, extremely hard working and did excellent work! When I first called the business and left a voicemail, Isaac got right back to me and came out the next morning and gave me a free estimate. He was very professional and courteous. The price was very reasonable. His crew came out and using very good name brand materials, did the job in one day! The job looks great and they cleaned up so well after they were done that you could not see anything left laying around. Octorara Roofing did an amazing job with my unique house from start to finish. My house is 120 years old and had poorly functioning box/built-in gutters that were lined improperly 40 years ago. After years of leaking, it was time for a change. Since re-lining the gutters the old-fashioned way with copper/tin is is cost-prohibitive, I requested the gutters be built over with shingles (even though I hate to change the historic integrity of the house!). Isaac did an amazing job coming up with a plan for how to do it without dramatically altering the look of the house. His estimate was very reasonable and the crews were timely and worked very hard to finish the project in two days. The outcome is wonderful! It is hard to tell that the old-style of built-in gutters was there in the first place.

Most contractors would say that venting into a soffit is good enough. Issac and his crew are pleasant and the roofers even sing! We couldn’t be happier. Also, our roof is very steep with many hips.

From the initial contact for an estimate on replacing my roof and gutters to the completion of the project, Octorara Roofing & Exteriors showed exceptional service.
